    If events in this world prevent us from meeting in person, we will automatically move your registration to our virtual format.

    Refunds: we cannot give refunds, the funds come into the ministry and are designated for expenses right away.
    However you may want to look at "Purchase Protection" in
    Step 6 of the registration form.

    Covid-19 - please note that once you arrive we will ask you to sign a Covid-19 release form and will be taking your temperature. If you feel sick, we ask that you stay home and watch virtually.

    Step 6. Optional: Purchase Protection - 8% or $5 minimum fee

    Add Purchase Protection and get a 100% refund of your purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event. Covers illness, injury, transportation problems, emergencies and more.*

    For $5.00, I will get a refund for my purchase should I be prevented from attending the event due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. I agree to the Terms and Conditions
    I understand that if I am prevented from attending the event because of an unforeseen circumstance I won’t get a refund of my purchase.

    Purchase Protection is a service offered by Purchase Protection LLC. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.     Note1 - As a policy, the ministry cannot give refunds.  All the funds come in and are designated for expenses right away. 
    Note2 - If we cannot meet in person, all registrations will be automatically moved to our virtual format.
