Guidelines for Submission:

1. DEADLINES - to submit your SHORT REEL
Deadlines:
Early Bird - by 12/31/2024
Regular - May 1st, 2025

1a. LENGTH:
Anywhere from 10 to 90 seconds in length. Cannot be OVER 90 seconds.
You CAN submit up to THREE short reels.
Any REELS submitted OVER 90 seconds will be automatically disqualified.
Note - we may divide the reels into length categories (up to 30 sec, 31 to 60 sec, 61 to 90 seconds) depending on the number of submissions.

1b. SUBJECT MATTER:
- Anything: Artistic, comedy, dramedy, music video, biblical, teaching, etc.
- Prohibited content includes pornography, nudity, sexually explicit scenes, heavy offensive language, cursing, using the Lord's name in vain, sorcery, strong gore and horror (you get the picture!)

2. WINNERS:
WINNERS will be awarded by having their REEL screened at the CONTENT Conference(s) (this particular competition has no tangible award. We will screen YOUR REEL to give you exposure.
However NOTE if you or a rep for you are not present, we will not screen your REEL if you win (just a heads up, no disrespect).

2.5 NOMINATIONS:
Nominations will be posted by July 1st, 2025.

3. AUTHORITY TO SUBMIT: All submissions must be submitted by an individual who has the authority / permission to submit.

4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL: CONTENT has the right of declining any submission that they deem is not appropriate or for any reason. Filmmaker agrees to accept the decisions made by the judges gracefully and to not slander or belittle the Conference or other entries.

5. RIGHT TO PRESENT : By entering a submission, the Filmmaker agrees to allow the content to be screened, if nominated and there is room in the schedule to screen.

6. SUBTITLES : Submissions that contain significant non-English dialogue must include English subtitles.

7. MATURE AUDIENCE IDENTIFICATION : If your submission contains content that is not suitable for younger viewers, Filmmaker must identify this in their submission form.

8. REFUNDS : CONTENT cannot give refunds as we are a ministry, as the funds come in they are allocated to expenses for the conference. Registrations are also non-refundable, but may be transferred.

9. ACCEPTANCE: Filmmaker agrees to accept the decisions made by the judges gracefully and to not slander or belittle the Conference or other entries.
